I don't understand the sizes? What's A5, A4, A3, A2???

A5: 14.8cm x 21cm | 5.875in x 8.25in

How long will it take to paint?

Standard processing time is 2-3 weeks but this may change depending on my workload. If there's a specific date you need the painting by, please leave a note at checkout. I will do my best to make it in time!

What's the process?

The process is simple!

1. Choose your desired painting style, upload your image and put in the order. If you have questions regarding your photo, feel free to email me (artnkookies@gmail.com) with your order number. Leave any special requests or specified dates in the note at checkout.

2. I will email you with a pencil sketch of the painting. This is where you let me know if any major changes need to be made. Once you've approved the sketch, I'll go ahead and paint.

3. In 2-3 weeks, I will email you with a photo of the final painting. We can make some final tweaks but major changes will not be possible.

4. Once you're happy with everything, I securely package and send the painting home to you! Yay!

Are payment plans available?

Absolutely! The website offers Afterpay payment option. If you're unable to use it or it's not available in your country, please get in touch and we can do a payment plan manually: 50% deposit to book in and the remaining amount due before shipping in as many instalments as you want.

Can you put different photos together?

Short answer, yes.

Long answer, I can put the photos together but what we need is for it to look natural and that will depend on many factors including lighting, camera angle, clarity of photos etc. Please email me (artnkookies@gmail.com) the photos and I'll let you know!

Can you remove the leash/not paint the eye booger?

Yes, we can absolutely make adjustments to the original photo so just let me know if you'd like a pesky eye booger or leash disappeared!

Do you paint backgrounds?

Acrylic Portraits: Backgrounds are typically a mix of colours based on the original photo, you can also choose a different colour. Backgrounds with detail are available for an additional fee.

Watercolour Portraits: Backgrounds are typically blank. I'm happy to add a bit of grass and sky blue or your choice of watercolour splash for free. Backgrounds with detail are available for an additional fee.

Ink and Colour Pencil Portraits: Backgrounds are typically blank. Colour/detailed backgrounds are not available.

Do the paintings come with frames?

Frames are not included.

How long will shipping take?
