Custom Watercolour Pet Portrait

1.  Upload your photo, press that 'Add to Cart' button and put in your order!

2.  We will confirm the estimated date of completion with you, please let us know if there is a specific date you need the artwork by.

3.  You'll receive a sketch to confirm the composition of the artwork. This is where you let us know if any major adjustments are needed, once we start adding colour only minor adjustments can be made.

4.  You will also receive a photo of the final artwork to make sure you're happy with everything before we ship to you. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!

5.  We will lovingly and securely package your artwork and send it home to you safe and sound!

All artworks are securely packaged in rigid envelopes or boxes, or gently rolled into a shipping tube for safe transport all across the globe!

Can you remove the leash/not paint the eye booger?

Yes, we can absolutely make adjustments to the original photo so just let me know if you'd like a pesky eye booger or leash disappeared!

Are other sizes available?

We can absolutely do custom sizes! Please get in touch with the style of painting, number of subjects, and dimensions you want and I'll get back to you with a quote. 

Do you paint backgrounds?

Acrylic Portraits: Backgrounds are typically a mix of colours based on the original photo, you can also choose a different colour. Backgrounds with detail are available for an additional fee. Please get in touch to arrange.

Watercolour Portraits: Backgrounds are typically blank. I'm happy to add a bit of grass and sky blue or your choice of watercolour splash for free. Backgrounds with detail are available for an additional fee. Please get in touch to arrange.

Ink and Colour Pencil Portraits: Backgrounds are typically blank. Colour/detailed backgrounds are not available.

Can you put different photos together?

Short answer, yes. 

Long answer, I can put photos together but what we need is for it to look natural and that will depend on many factors including lighting, camera angle, clarity of photos etc. Please email me (artnkookies@gmail.com) the photos and I'll let you know! 

Are payment plans available?

Absolutely! The website offers Afterpay payment option. If you're unable to use it or it's not available in your country, please get in touch and we can do a payment plan manually: 50% deposit to book in and the remaining amount due before shipping in as many instalments as you want.

We retain the right to reproduce all artworks for promotional purposes on our website, social medias, and any other platforms. Please let us know if the painting is a surprise gift so we keep things hush hush. 😉

We retain the right to refuse your commission for any reason (but mainly if we are not able to work with your photo). If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
